The Development. The concept and the discursive construction

The historical moment that live in our country, positions the reflection of the social sciences in the center of debates on fundamental reinterpretation of social and political processes that have opted into a kind of polarization as compared to think of ourselves as a country and society one of the fundamental aspects of these polarizations is about discursive constructions around the development. This process is defined in two ways, the historical construction of discourse and re everyday meaning of the concepts that make these speeches.
