On October 21, 22 and 23, 2020, the IX Cycle of Specialized Studies “Communication: the political, the public and its impact on citizen participation” was held, organized by Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores de Comunicación para América Latina (CIESPAL), Asociación Boliviana de Investigadores de la Comunicación (ABOIC),  Asociación Boliviana de Carreras de Comunicación Social (ABOCCS) and the Social Communication Career of the Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo" Cochabamba Academic Unit. In this academic event, the Punto Cero Journal was of transcendental importance, an instance that becomes a scientific reference in communication at a national and international level.
