This essay reflects on the right to communication in order to overcome the invisibility in the public sphere of the marginalized, the excluded and theirs opinions, concerns and interests. To do this, this article reviews a conceptual trace of concept of communication; and one of its axes: the participation of communities to activating dynamics that encourage self-expression, strengthening their own information and communication systems.
