Abstract

This paper intends to revisit the theoretical and practice stages of "communication and development" area. To fulfill this purpose this research will offer philosophical and historical location approach items, and will set its trends and implications and finish with a challenge: drawing the practice of human communication doings and planned media usage toward development goals, comprehended from reading and understanding of human diversity.
