Copyright grants protection to creations expressed through literary, artistic and / or scientific genres; Its object is creations or manifestations of the spirit expressed in a way that can be perceived; born with the work as such. "

According to Law 1322 of Copyright in Bolivia, Punto Cero respects the moral rights of authors, protecting the partnership and integrity of their published works. Being a free access publication, Punto Cero does NOT make economic use of the patrimonial copyrights of its publications. After its publication in Punto Cero, the authors are free to publish their articles in other information media, mentioning the original source of publication.

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

He or the authors must declare that they have no conflict of interest with the institutions mentioned in the article or with the publisher of the Punto Cero journal of the Bolivian Catholic University, which may publish it in physical or electronic format.
